READ FIRST: March Madness 2024 Policies
Join us for the Madness with our 44 TVs and 4 Large Projector Screens!
To ensure the best experience for our guests present on the day, we have a minimum spend for reserved spaces, dependent on the the group size and amount of time you will need the space for. Due to this, we are ONLY taking reservations with a guaranteed start and end time. We may offer a time extension if no one has booked a reservation after you and there is no waitlist. To secure the space, a deposit in the amount of 25% of your minimum spend and a signed contract for the total minimum spend is required. For parties purchasing an open bar package, 25% of the overall package price and a signed contract is required upon booking to guarantee space, food, and beverage selection. Deposits will be applied to the table's final balance. Deposits for large groups are not refundable once booked and confirmed, and the full minimum spend/open bar package will be charged if the group fails to cancel during the cancellation window. We do not take reservations for bar seats.
Late Arrivals: We hold space for 15 minutes past your reservation time. Please call if you are running late and a short extension of an additional 15 minutes may be granted. However, this does not extend your reservation time. If no one in your party is present by 30 minutes after the start of your reservation time, the space may be given away if there is a waitlist, and your group will be charged the full minimum spend.
Cancellation: The cancellation window for group reservations for March Madness ends at 5PM 2 calendar days) in advance of your reservation day. Cancellations must be sent in writing to events@thekegroom.nyc. Cancellations time stamped before 5PM at least 2 calendar days prior to your reservation are guaranteed to be refunded, even if you don’t hear back immediately.

Beverage Glossary
• Consumption Tab: The group puts down a card (if at the bar) or opens a check with a server (if at a table/cocktail table) and runs it up to a set dollar amount or when the organizer determines the conclusion of the event. There may or may not be a limit set on what drinks can be ordered
• Open Bar: A package with which the group can order an unlimited number of specified items (as stated in the package details) for a set amount of time
• Open Bar & Appetizer Combo: A package with which the group can order an unlimited number of specified items (as stated in the package details) for a set amount of time; comes with preset food platters to feed the number of guests specified upon booking
Food Glossary
• Platter: Pre-ordered plates with larger quantities of food than our usual portions. These are available as stationary items for group reservations (passed appetizers are available for buyouts only) These must be ordered 3 week days in advance to ensure availability.
• Regular Menu: Guests will order appetizers and entrées off of our regular menu
• Custom Set Menu: The Keg Room can provide a custom set menu tailored to your preference for guests to order off of. Best for groups with a limited budget.
Service Glossary
• Bar Service: Group will have a set space with cocktail tables and access to order directly from the bartenders. There will be stools, but not enough for every guest, as this a mingling set up
• Cocktail Service: Group will be at a cocktail table or set of cocktail tables and will have a server to order from. Guests cannot approach the bar directly with this option. There will be stools, but not enough for every guest, as this a mingling set up
• Sit Down Service: Reserved for groups ordering a certain minimum of shared appetizers. Group will be located in our main dining area and will be provided with a server. Guests cannot approach the bar directly with this option. This space is in the dining room so there is no room for mingling. There will be a seat for every guest
